To make the dream a reality, I OLA WAILUANUI, A KAUAʻI NONPROFIT,
is reaching out to major donors and grassroots community-based donors.

Major donor support is needed for the basic property acquisition and ultimate development based on a community vision honoring the history and culture. Also needed are grassroots community-based contributions whose funds are needed to facilitate basic organizational start-up costs, communications support, and core administration needs.

Major individual donors, philanthropic foundations, and organizations who would like a personal presentation as to the property acquisition and community development plan are welcome to email our group to schedule a meeting - either via Zoom or in person.

The ultimate vision is community-based ownership, community-based management, and the implementation of a community-based vision that protects, supports and enhances the significant cultural and historical roots of this very special place.

Unless otherwise specifically requested by the donor in writing, community contributions may be utilized prior to the completion of any purchase in support of basic and ongoing organizational needs.

All contributors should be aware that the successful purchase and community based development of this property is not guaranteed and the challenges to successfully achieving the goals described are significant. Nonetheless - I Ola Wailuanui is committed to aggressively pursuing our collective community goals, and greatly appreciate any and all community support that may be offered in the form of fundraising contributions. I Ola Wailuanui is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all contributions are considered tax deductible by the federal government (including prior donations retroactive to January 2, 2023).
