Orientation will take place December 19–21, 2025, with the full program continuing Spring 2026 and beyond. Selected students will be hired through the University of Hawaiʻi student employment (SECE) system and must meet all campus employment qualifications.
This internship is ideal for students interested in cultural resource management, geography, archaeology, environmental studies, Hawaiian studies, and emerging mapping technologies—while contributing directly to the care and documentation of an important cultural site.
